C2PA certificates were revoked due to a security vulnerability. A fix is expected in a future firmware update. You can still verify your photos with Lumethic using NEF RAW files.
Your Camera Doesn't Have C2PA? No Problem.
Lumethic verifies photos using forensic RAW sensor analysis. Works with any camera that shoots RAW. No firmware update or special hardware needed.
Canon
Canon shipped C2PA support on the EOS R1 and EOS R5 Mark II via firmware updates in July 2025. The feature was initially available to registered news agencies. Other EOS R and EOS DSLR models do not yet have C2PA support.

Nikon
Nikon added C2PA to the Z6 III via firmware in August 2025, but revoked all certificates in September 2025 after a security vulnerability was discovered. No other Nikon cameras have C2PA support yet. All Nikon cameras listed here can be verified with Lumethic using NEF RAW files.

Leica
Leica was the first manufacturer to ship C2PA. The M11-P (2023) was the first camera in the world with Content Credentials. The M11-D and SL3-S followed with the same hardware encryption chip. The SL3 does not support C2PA because it lacks the dedicated signing hardware.

Supported RAW Formats
Lumethic verifies photos using forensic RAW sensor analysis. This works with any camera that shoots RAW, regardless of C2PA support. The following RAW formats are supported:
What If My Camera Does Not Support C2PA?
Most cameras do not support C2PA yet. That does not prevent you from getting verified Content Credentials on your photos. Lumethic verifies the authenticity of your photos by analyzing the original RAW file against the exported JPEG. After verification, Lumethic signs your photo with C2PA Content Credentials. The process works with any camera that shoots RAW.
