Hasselblad Masters 2028
The Hasselblad Masters is a biennial open competition (distinct from the nomination-only Hasselblad Award) with one of the industry's most generous winner packages: a Hasselblad X2D II 100C camera, two XCD lenses and a EUR 5,000 creative fund per category winner, plus a project for the Masters book. Entry to the 2026 edition was free across seven categories and closed on 28 February 2026; the seven Masters were announced on 30 June 2026, among them Yudha Kusuma Putera, Kevin Boyle and Rohan Reilly. The 2028 edition is expected to open in December 2027, following the biennial calendar. The 2026 rules make AI synthesis a disqualification trigger and exclude drones, smartphones and tablets. RAW files are not requested.
